Dr. Vijay Kohli
Dr. Kohli is an esteemed cardiovascular surgeon with extensive clinical expertise in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside leading cardiac experts worldwide. His collaborations include Professor Randas Batista in Brazil on reduction ventriculoplasty for heart failure, Professor Hertzer and Dr. Matthias Loebe in Germany on VADs and cardiac transplantation, and Professor George Wieselthaler in Austria on continuous flow VADs and heart failure management. He has also trained under Professor Vincent Dor in France on ventricular aneurysm repairs and Dr. Valavanur Subramanian in the USA on minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Dr. Kohli returned to India in 1995 after a post-doctoral fellowship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, New York.
