Dr. Shelley Hukku is a distinguished radiation oncologist with over 45 years of experience in cancer treatment. He earned his MBBS from Dr. SN Medical College, Jodhpur, in 1978 and completed his MD in Radiotherapy at PGIMER, Chandigarh, in 1980.
Throughout his career, Dr. Hukku has undergone specialized training at renowned international institutions, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York, MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, and Charité University in Berlin.
He has held prominent positions, such as Chief of Radiation Oncology at Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute and Senior Consultant at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital in New Delhi.
Dr. Hukku has been instrumental in introducing advanced radiation therapies in India, including stereotactic radiosurgery and intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT). His professional affiliations include memberships in the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO).
Currently, he serves as a Senior Consultant and Advisor in the Radiation Oncology Department at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi.
